Finding the right therapist matters.

Therapy is more than techniques or credentials—it's about finding someone you feel comfortable with.

We know that meaningful change begins with a genuine connection. That's why we've intentionally built a team of therapists who lead with curiosity, compassion, and authenticity.

Meet our team

Susana: Helping people understand themselves—not just cope with their struggles.

If there's one thing I believe, it's that meaningful change begins with feeling deeply understood.

Many of the people I work with have spent years holding everything together for everyone else. They're thoughtful, capable, and caring—but underneath, they're exhausted. They overthink. They people-please. They struggle to understand why they keep repeating the same patterns in relationships or why they can never seem to feel "good enough."

If that sounds familiar, I want you to know you're not alone.

My approach to therapy is rooted in genuine connection. While evidence-based techniques are important, I believe the relationship we build together is what creates lasting change. I take the time to really know my clients—the little details, the patterns, the moments that matter—because I believe you deserve more than a therapist who simply listens. You deserve someone who is deeply invested in understanding your story.

You don't have to arrive with the right words or have everything figured out. Some sessions are filled with breakthroughs. Others begin with, "I don't even know what I need today." Both are welcome.

Together, we'll explore the roots of the challenges you're facing—not just the symptoms—so you can better understand yourself, build healthier relationships, and create lasting change that feels true to who you are.

When I'm not in session, you'll usually find me spending time with the people I love, continuing to learn through books, podcasts, and training, or finding small moments of calm in everyday life. I believe that becoming a better therapist is an ongoing journey, and I'm committed to growing alongside the people who place their trust in me.

You might enjoy working with me if...

  • You want to understand why you think and behave the way you do.
  • You're tired of people-pleasing or constantly putting yourself last.
  • You're ready to move beyond coping and create lasting change.
  • You appreciate practical tools alongside deeper conversations.
  • You're looking for a therapist who remembers the little things because they matter.

I think we'd work well together

Lily: Helping you reconnect with yourself when life feels heavy

There are seasons in life when everything feels like it's happening at once.

Maybe you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, navigating grief, adjusting to changes in your health, struggling in your relationships, or simply feeling burnt out from carrying so much for so long.

If you're here, you don't have to figure it all out on your own.

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and rooted in genuine connection. I believe that healing begins when we slow down long enough to understand what you're carrying, where those patterns began, and what you need to move forward with greater clarity and self-compassion.

I work with older teens (16+), adults, and couples who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, perfectionism, shame, attachment wounds, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I also have a special interest in supporting individuals living with autoimmune conditions and other chronic health concerns, understanding firsthand how deeply our physical and emotional well-being are connected.

As someone who has experienced grief, loss, and the challenges of living with an autoimmune condition, I know that healing is rarely linear. Those experiences have shaped not only who I am as a person, but also the kind of therapist I strive to be—someone who meets you with compassion, curiosity, and genuine care, wherever you are in your journey.

When working with couples, I help partners strengthen communication, navigate conflict with greater understanding, rebuild emotional connection, and create healthier patterns together. I have completed Level 1 training in the Gottman Method and enjoy helping couples move from feeling stuck to feeling like a team again.

Whether you're navigating a major life transition or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, my hope is that therapy becomes a place where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin building a life that feels more grounded, intentional, and aligned with who you truly are.

You might enjoy working with me if...

  • You're feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or emotionally exhausted.
  • You're navigating grief, a health diagnosis, or a significant life transition.
  • You want to better understand your emotions without feeling judged.
  • You're looking for a therapist who balances warmth with practical support.
  • You want to strengthen your relationships—with yourself or with the people you love.
  • You're ready to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and move forward with greater clarity.

I think we'd be a good fit

Bianca: Helping you move beyond overthinking and into meaningful change

Sometimes the hardest part isn't knowing something needs to change—it's figuring out why you keep getting stuck.

Maybe you spend so much time overthinking that making decisions feels exhausting. Maybe you're constantly putting other people's needs before your own, struggling to set boundaries, or wondering why you keep repeating the same relationship patterns. Or maybe, from the outside, your life looks perfectly fine, but inside you feel disconnected, lonely, or like you've lost touch with yourself.

If any of that feels familiar, you're not alone.

My approach to therapy is warm, honest, and refreshingly down to earth. I believe meaningful growth happens when we can look at ourselves with both compassion and honesty. That means creating a space where you feel genuinely accepted while also feeling supported to challenge the patterns that are keeping you stuck.

With more than 10 years of experience working in hospital and acute psychiatric settings, I've had the privilege of supporting people through some of life's most difficult moments. Those experiences have reinforced my belief that healing isn't about becoming someone else—it's about reconnecting with the person you've always been underneath the fear, self-doubt, and expectations you've carried for so long.

Our work together blends emotional insight with practical strategies. We'll explore the deeper roots of your struggles while also building the communication skills, boundaries, emotional regulation, and confidence needed to create meaningful, lasting change in your everyday life.

I enjoy working with adults from all walks of life, including healthcare professionals, first responders, members of the BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities, and neurodiverse individuals. Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, workplace stress, grief, childhood or relational trauma, or simply feeling ready for something to change, we'll work together to help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Outside of the therapy room, you'll usually find me hiking with my dogs, tackling a DIY project, or unwinding with a good Netflix series. I believe therapy doesn't have to feel intimidating. It can be thoughtful, honest, occasionally humorous, and deeply human—and that's exactly the kind of space I strive to create.

You might enjoy working with me if...

  • You're tired of overthinking every decision or conversation.
  • You want a therapist who is warm, genuine, and willing to challenge you with kindness.
  • You're ready to set healthier boundaries and stop people-pleasing.
  • You appreciate practical tools alongside meaningful self-reflection.
  • You're looking for therapy that feels authentic, conversational, and grounded in real life.
  • You're ready to stop surviving and start creating the life you genuinely want.

I think this is my therapist

Not sure who to choose?

That's okay. Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, especially when you're already carrying so much. Tell us a little about what's bringing you to therapy, and we'll help connect you with the therapist who feels like the best fit for your goals, personality, and the kind of support you're looking for.
