Susana works with adults and couples who are ready to explore their inner world with honesty, curiosity, and compassion. She supports clients in understanding how past experiences show up in the present, building emotional awareness, and creating meaningful, lasting change.
Her areas of focus include anxiety, depression, perfectionism, hyper-vigilance, childhood trauma, and recovery from sexual assault. Susana also works with couples navigating cycles of miscommunication, anxious-avoidant dynamics, emotional disconnection, and feeling unseen or unheard in their relationship.
Her approach is trauma-informed, empathetic, and collaborative. Drawing from multiple therapeutic modalities, Susana tailors therapy to each client’s unique needs, pacing sessions in a way that feels supportive and respectful.
Susana’s hope is that you build a life that feels serene, authentic, and meaningful — one where you feel empowered to set boundaries, prioritize your needs, and face life’s challenges with greater confidence and self-trust.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or navigating changes in your life or relationships, therapy can offer a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect. Lily works with older teens (16+), adults, and couples who are seeking greater clarity, balance, and emotional well-being.
Lily supports clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, shame, stress, perfectionism, identity shifts, and attachment wounds. She also works with individuals living with autoimmune or other health conditions and understands the impact these challenges can have on mental health.
In therapy, Lily helps clients build emotional regulation, self-confidence, and relief from burnout and chronic stress. Her work is focused on helping you feel more grounded, secure, and aligned with your values as you navigate decisions, relationships, and life transitions.
When working with couples, Lily supports partners in strengthening emotional connection, improving communication, navigating conflict more effectively, and deepening understanding and empathy for one another. Her goal is to help couples move toward greater harmony, intimacy, and repair in their relationship.
Lily takes a collaborative, relational approach to therapy. She works closely with clients to identify goals, understand barriers, and explore both past and present experiences with curiosity and compassion. Lily is trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy (Level 1).

If you’re looking for a therapist who is warm, honest, and refreshingly real, Bianca brings a down-to-earth approach that makes even the hard conversations feel more approachable. Therapy with Bianca is not stiff or overly filtered — it’s grounded in authenticity, humour, and straight-to-the-point honesty.
Bianca works with adults who are feeling stuck in overthinking, people-pleasing, or a sense of loneliness that can show up even when life looks “fine” on the outside. She supports clients who want meaningful change and appreciate a direct, practical style alongside emotional depth.
With over 10 years of experience in hospital and acute psychiatric settings, Bianca blends depth-oriented work — such as identity exploration, emotional awareness, patterns, and trauma — with practical tools like communication skills, boundary-setting, and emotional regulation. Her approach emphasizes compassion without coddling, personal responsibility, and growth through honest self-reflection.
Bianca works with a wide range of clients, including 911 First Responders, healthcare workers, adult men and women, BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and neurodiverse individuals. Common concerns include relationship challenges, boundary difficulties, healing from relational or childhood wounds, workplace trauma, anxiety, grief, and redefining one’s sense of self.
