Thank you for being here. Taking a step towards your healing, self-reflection, and self-awareness can be difficult. Therapy can help work through feelings of despair, hopelessness, anxiety, grief, and trauma.
I am passionate about helping others and take great pride in showing up for you. I work through a culturally sensitive lens, as well as that of lived experience with trauma and challenges with mental health.
It is an honour for me to be able to walk alongside you in your journey, and this is a privilege I do not take for granted. I would be delighted to learn more about you, and support you further.
My approach is culturally sensitive, trauma-informed, empathetic, compassionate, collaborative, and client centred. I incorporate interventions from therapeutic modalities including Narrative Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Attachment Theory, Internal Family Systems, Solution-Focused Therapy, Parts Work, and Person-Centred Psychodynamic Therapy. I will tailor my approach to meet your needs and goals.
I promise to meet you where you are at. I will provide a safe, respectful, and secure space for you. I recognize the importance of the therapeutic relationship and establishing trust which is why I will acknowledge your strengths and resources, and recognize you as an expert of your own life and experiences.
