I truly believe that I was placed on this earth to fulfill the purpose of being a therapist.
I work with adults and couples, and love supporting people who are ready to do "the work", willing to explore being vulnerable, honest, authentic, and messy (all parts are welcome).
I support those struggling with anxiety, depression, perfectionism, hypervigilance, overachievers, childhood trauma survivors, sexual assault survivors, and those who feel like they are not living as their authentic selves. I also support couples stuck in cycles of miscommunication, lack of understanding, burnt-out pursuers, anxious/avoidant dynamics, and those who do not feel truly seen or heard by their partners.
My approach is trauma-informed, empathetic, compassionate, collaborative, and client centred. I incorporate interventions from different therapeutic modalities to provide an individualized therapeutic experience for you.
My hope for you is that you will build a life that feels serene, authentic, and meaningful. A life where you are not afraid to set boundaries, where you give yourself permission to be assertive, prioritize your needs, and feel equipped to manage life's challenges.

I love working with older teens (16+), adults, and couples. I specialize in helping clients with social anxiety, general anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, shame, conflict, burnout, stress, communication issues/concerns, perfectionism, identity shifts, attachment wounds, autoimmune issues/health issues and their impact on mental health.
I can help you find emotional regulation, relief from burnout and stress, self-confidence, happiness, security/harmony in Self and in your relationships, and clarity in your decisions and life path. I can also help couples develop emotional connection and deeper emotional intimacy and understanding, being able to communicate well and to navigate conflict well, to work through and understand one's traumas and woundings and to develop more empathy and understanding for a significant other, and to experience harmony, love, and restoration in their relationship.
What makes my approach special and unique is that I collaborate with my clients in their treatment plan, outlining the things they have identified as challenges, barriers, and obstacles in the way of their goals, and working on ways to remove some of those barriers and obstacles so they can achieve their goals for therapy. I walk with my clients through their therapeutic journey, providing them with opportunities to self-reflect, to be curious, and explore, as they navigate and work through their past and present experiences in a relational way.
I am trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy Level 1.

I'm a therapist that keeps things real!
I love supporting people who crave a direct approach to therapy. I will always bring my authentic self to session, hoping to get the same in return. I bring warmth, humour, and a straight-to-the-point honesty, that makes the hard stuff feel approachable.
When I say I keep things very real, I mean, honest conversations, genuine laughter, and yes, the occasional swear word when it fits. Therapy is not stiff or filtered with me!
I have 10+ years working in hospital and acute psychiatric settings. With my blend of depth work (identity, emotions, patterns, trauma) and practical healing (communication, boundaries, emotional regulation), I strive for authenticity, growth through honesty, emotional awareness, compassion without coddling and responsibility/self-reflection.
I work with, but not limited to, 911 First Responders, Health Care Workers, adult men & women, BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and Neurodiverse populations. My clients come to me when they want relief from the overthinking, people-pleasing, or the loneliness that shows up even when life looks good.
Common concerns clients see me for are: relationships with themselves and others (friendships and romantic relationships), boundaries, healing from relational or childhood wounds, trauma in the workplace, redefining themselves, anxiety, grief, and bereavement.
