Taking a step towards your healing, self-reflection, and self-awareness can be difficult. Therapy can help work through feelings of despair, hopelessness, anxiety, grief, and trauma. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, I work through a culturally sensitive lens, as well as that of lived experience with trauma and challenges with mental health.
My approach is trauma-informed, empathetic, compassionate, collaborative, and client centred. I incorporate interventions from therapeutic modalities including Narrative Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Attachment Theory, Somatic-Based Strategies, Internal Family Systems, Solution-Focused Therapy, Parts Work, and Person-Centred Psychodynamic Therapy. I will tailor my approach to meet your needs and goals.

I am passionate about helping children, adolescents, adults, and families who are experiencing anxiety, depression, learning disabilities, grief and loss, relational conflict, trauma, life transitions, chronic illness, and shame. Families are the cornerstone of healthy societies and communities and it would be an honour to help you, your child, and/or your family through therapy.
My approach is person-centred, trauma-informed, culturally-sensitive, holistic, and compassionate. I incorporate interventions from therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness Meditation, Parts Work, and Psychodynamic Therapy. I will collaborate with you on a treatment plan that will best suit your needs and goals for therapy.

I am a therapist with over 12 years of experience in mental health. I work in both private and public settings as a mental health practitioner providing psychological assessments and ongoing therapy sessions for children, teens, adults and older adults.
I use Psychodynamic Therapy, paired with other modalities (DBT, CBT, Solution Focused, Attachment Theory, & Narrative Therapy etc) that may suit the clients' needs.
I use a strengths-based and anti-oppressive approach to my counselling modalities in a safe and non-judgemental space. I am personable and relatable as I value the importance of lived experience and human connection. I will support my clients through challenges by tailoring sessions to best suit my clients needs and goals.
